Custom CRM development — from 25M UZS

What is a custom CRM and how does it differ from an off-the-shelf one?

What is a custom CRM?

A custom CRM is a management system built from scratch around a specific company's processes rather than from a template, with no monthly subscription and with the code owned by the client.

A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system keeps your client base, sales pipeline, tasks and reports in one place. Calls, messages and deals stop falling through the cracks: you always see which stage a client is at, who owns it and what happens next.

Off-the-shelf CRMs (amoCRM, Bitrix24 and similar) are built to be universal — which means they fit no company exactly. That creates two problems: the business has to bend its process to the software, and it pays a monthly fee per user forever. Over a few years that sum exceeds the cost of a custom system.

Innosoft Systems builds custom CRMs: first we map your process (where clients come from, who works with them, which stages they pass, what documents are needed), then we write the system to match. No extra modules and no unused fields — staff need a day to learn it, not a week.

In short

Advantages of a custom CRM

Why companies move from off-the-shelf systems to their own:

  • Not a template — built around your process
  • No monthly subscription
  • No per-user surcharge
  • The code and database are yours
  • No clutter — staff learn it quickly
  • Connects to 1C, Telegram and telephony
  • Reports on your own metrics
  • Data is not on a foreign server
  • Extendable at any time
  • Another team can pick the project up

Why you need one

What a CRM does for your business

A CRM is not a cost — it recovers the deals you are currently losing. Here is what it actually solves.

Deals stop getting lost

An Instagram message, a phone call and a Telegram enquiry all land in one pipeline. 'We forgot' stops being an explanation.

You do not pay every month

Off-the-shelf CRMs charge a subscription per employee. A custom system is paid once — and the larger the team, the greater the saving.

The process stays yours

Stages, fields and documents follow the way you work. We fit the system to the business, not the business to the system.

Sales performance is visible

Who took how many enquiries, how many converted, where things stalled — in numbers. A report instead of an argument.

The data stays with you

The database sits on your server or hosting of your choice. Even when an employee leaves, the client base stays with the company.

It extends without limits

Warehouse, accounting, production or HR modules can be added later. You do not wait for a vendor's permission.

Process

How a custom CRM is built

Six stages. The first matters most: the process is understood before any code is written.

  1. 011–2 weeks

    Process analysis

Together with your staff we map the sales and operational process: where clients come from, who handles them, which stages and documents exist.

  2. 023–5 days

    Technical brief

Modules, roles, fields and reports are confirmed in writing. Price and timeline are fixed against that document.

  3. 031–2 weeks

    Interface design

A prototype in Figma. Staff try it, and anything awkward is fixed before code is written.

  4. 044–12 weeks

    Development

Modules are built in turn and shown to you at every stage. Integrations (1C, telephony, Telegram) are connected.

  5. 051–2 weeks

    Migration and training

The old database is migrated, staff are trained, and we run in parallel test mode for a few days.

  6. 06ongoing

    Launch and follow-up

The system goes fully live. In the first weeks we watch how it is used and adjust based on real work.
