Work from anywhere
Office, home, branch or on the road — a browser is enough. Nobody is tied to one computer.
Web application / Online platform
A web application is a full program that runs in the browser. Staff and customers install nothing: they open a link, sign in and work — from a phone, tablet or computer, wherever they are.
What is a web application?
A web application is a full program running in a browser, where users sign in and work with data; no installation on a computer is required.
A website mostly displays information: you read, look at images and submit an enquiry. A web application does work: users sign in, create and change data, run calculations, generate documents and interact with each other. In other words, it is a program that opens in a browser.
The difference from installed software is significant: updating a web application does not mean visiting every workstation, versions never diverge, data lives in one place and access works from any device. A colleague in a distant branch and a customer at home use the same system.
Innosoft Systems builds web applications on an API. That means if you later need a mobile app, it sits on top of the existing system — the database stays the same and nothing is rewritten.
In short
Why companies move from installed software to the browser:
Why you need one
This is not a website — it is a working tool. Here is what it solves.
Office, home, branch or on the road — a browser is enough. Nobody is tied to one computer.
A new version appears for everyone the moment it is deployed. 'I'm on the old version' stops being a problem.
Everyone works in the same database. No emailing files around or reconciling versions.
Who sees and edits what is decided by an administrator. When someone leaves, access closes instantly.
Through a client portal customers see their own data — no need to call and ask you.
Because it is built on an API, a mobile app later sits on top rather than being built from scratch.
Who orders one
Cases where users do not just read but actually work with the system.
Orders, payments, documents and requests — customers see and manage them themselves.
Individual price lists, ordering, receivables and invoices.
Courses, lessons, tests, certificates and an instructor portal.
Time selection, confirmation, reminders and an availability calendar.
Requests, leave, purchasing, IT support — with approval chains.
Plans, payments, usage limits and product analytics.

What's included
These are not paid add-ons — they are in the base plan too.
Process
We work in sprints — you see a working result every two weeks.
We define who the users are, what jobs they do and what the system must cover.
Roles, screens, features and integrations are confirmed in writing. Price and timeline attach to it.
An interactive prototype in Figma. Users try it, and anything awkward is fixed before code is written.
A working version every two weeks. Integrations and payment systems are connected.
Load, security and scenarios across every role are verified.
We connect the domain, configure monitoring and backups and train your users.
