Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Innosoft Systems website and services, why we need it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

Last updated: 2026-08-23

01

General provisions

Innosoft Systems ("we", "the company") builds software: websites, mobile apps, CRM and ERP systems, Telegram bots and AI solutions. Protecting the data of our clients and site visitors is not a formality for us — it is the foundation of the work.

This policy applies to innosoft-systems.uz, all of its sections, and any enquiry submitted through the site. By using the site you agree to the collection and processing of data as described here.

We comply with the Republic of Uzbekistan's Law on Personal Data. When working with international clients we additionally follow GDPR principles — purpose limitation, data minimisation and user control.

02

What data we collect

We only ask for the data needed to answer your enquiry and deliver the service. The site requires no registration, no account and no payment details.

  • Contact details

Name, phone number, email address and company name — where you have provided them yourself via the enquiry form, Telegram or a phone call.

  • Enquiry content

What you write about your project, an approximate budget and timeline, a specification or any attached documents.

  • Technical data

IP address, browser and operating system, device category, screen size, the page requested and the time of the visit.

  • Usage statistics

Which pages were opened, how long you stayed, and which source you came from (search, social media, ads) — in aggregated, anonymised form.

  • Cookies

Language choice, colour theme (light/dark) and analytics identifiers. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

We deliberately do not collect special categories of data — health, religious belief, political views or biometrics — and do not ask you to enter them in the enquiry form.

03

How the data is used

  • Answering your enquiry

Calling or writing back, clarifying the task, and estimating an indicative price and timeline.

  • Entering into and performing a contract

Preparing the specification, splitting the work into stages, and issuing invoices and handover documents.

  • Support and maintenance

Monitoring the launched system, fixing errors and delivering updates.

  • Improving the site

Understanding which pages are useful, improving load speed and making the content clearer.

  • Legal obligations

Retaining accounting, tax and contractual records for the periods required by law.

We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

04

Legal basis for processing

When you submit contact details through the form, that is your explicit and voluntary consent. You may withdraw it at any time.

Where a contract is in place, data is processed to perform it. Accounting and tax records are retained because the law requires it.

Cookies necessary for the site to work, along with anonymised statistics, rely on our legitimate interest in improving service quality.

05

Third-party services

We use the external services listed below for the site and our internal processes. Each has its own privacy policy and processes data only within the scope of its task.

  • Analytics

Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for visit statistics. Data is collected in anonymised form, without personal identification.

  • Telegram

Where an enquiry arrives through the bot or a direct chat, the message content is transmitted under Telegram's platform rules.

  • Hosting and infrastructure

The site and client systems run on a reliable provider's servers, with access limited to the staff who need it.

  • Email

Correspondence goes through corporate mail and is transmitted over an encrypted channel.

If a client project introduces further integrations (payment systems, SMS providers, mapping services), they are named explicitly in the separate contract.

06

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not turn into an engagement are kept for 12 months — during that period we may return to your question or refresh our proposal.

Client data under a contract is kept for the duration of the engagement and, afterwards, for the period set by law.

Once the period ends, data is deleted in full or irreversibly anonymised.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier — the request is carried out within 30 days for every record we are not legally obliged to retain.

07

Security measures

  • Encryption

The site and every form run over HTTPS; databases are stored encrypted.

  • Access control

Each team member can reach only the data their role requires; permissions are reviewed regularly.

  • Backups

Critical data is backed up automatically and the restore procedure is tested.

  • Team obligations

Team members sign a confidentiality agreement and are trained on handling client data.

That said, we state plainly that no method of transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

08

Your rights

  • Access

Request confirmation of what data of yours we hold.

  • Rectification

Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated data.

  • Erasure

Request deletion of your data, where no legal retention duty applies.

  • Restriction

Ask us to suspend or limit processing.

  • Withdrawal of consent

Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

  • Complaint

Lodge a complaint with the competent state authority for personal data protection.

Send any request to info@innosoft-systems.uz and we will review it within 30 days. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

09

Children's privacy

Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you believe a child's data has reached us, contact us — such data is deleted immediately.

10

Links to external sites

The portfolio section and our articles may link to sites we have built and to third-party sources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

When you follow a link to another site, we recommend reading its privacy policy separately.

11

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when legislation or our processes change. The new version is published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes accordingly.

We will notify active clients by email about material changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
