01

General provisions and definitions

This document governs the relationship between Innosoft Systems (the "Company") and anyone using innosoft-systems.uz (the "User").

"Site" means the web resource at innosoft-systems.uz and all of its sections. "Services" means the software development, implementation and support work offered by the Company. "Enquiry" means a message sent through the site form, by phone, on Telegram or by email.

By using the site, the User is deemed to accept these terms fully and unconditionally. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

02

Using the site

The site exists to present the Company's work, services and completed projects, and to receive enquiries. You may freely use the site's materials for personal and informational purposes.

The site is provided "as is". We aim to keep it continuously available, but temporary interruptions are possible due to maintenance, hosting or outages in external services.

  • Not permitted

Sending automated requests that disrupt the site, attempting to bypass security controls, or placing malicious code.

  • Not permitted

Copying, distributing or republishing site content for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent.

  • Not permitted

Submitting enquiries on behalf of other people, entering false contact details, or sending spam.

  • Not permitted

Using the site for unlawful purposes, in breach of others' rights, or in ways that harm third parties.

03

Enquiries and how work begins

An enquiry submitted through the site is not a legal offer and creates no obligation for either side. It is simply the starting point of a conversation.

  • 1. Enquiry

You submit a request or contact us directly; we normally reply within one working day.

  • 2. Discussion

We clarify the task: goal, audience, features, integrations, indicative budget and timeline.

  • 3. Specification

Based on the agreed scope we prepare a technical specification and a stage plan.

  • 4. Contract

Price, deadlines, payment schedule and each party's obligations are fixed in a written contract.

  • 5. Delivery

Work runs stage by stage, each stage is accepted, and the system is handed over at the end.

Legal obligations arise only from a signed contract. Text on the site, presentations and correspondence do not replace one.

04

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are a starting reference for projects of typical scope and are indicative. The final figure depends on the specification, the number of features, the complexity of integrations and the timeline.

Prices are stated in Uzbek soum. For some services (IT consulting, for example) the price may be set in US dollars and paid in soum at the Central Bank rate on the day of payment.

For services marked "on request", the price is set after a separate estimate and discussion.

Prices on the site are not a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Company may change prices without prior notice; a price fixed in a signed contract does not change.

05

Intellectual property

All site materials — text, design, logo, illustrations, code and structure — belong to the Company and are protected by copyright.

Client brands, logos and screenshots in the portfolio section belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to present completed work.

Rights to a product built to order are defined in the contract. As a rule, once payment is complete the product and its source code pass to the Client, while the Company keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio unless the contract says otherwise.

06

Warranties and their limits

Delivered projects carry the warranty period set out in the contract. During that period, defects caused by us are fixed free of charge.

  • Not covered

Failures caused by changes made to the code by the Client or third parties.

  • Not covered

Outages in hosting, domains, external APIs or payment systems, and changes to their policies.

  • Not covered

New features not present in the original specification — those are agreed separately.

  • Not covered

Incidents caused by disclosure of the Client's credentials (passwords, keys, tokens).

Site content — prices, timelines, technology lists — is informational and should not be read as a guarantee of a specific outcome.

07

Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site — lost profit, lost clients or reputational damage.

Liability under a contract is limited to the amount paid for the relevant stage, unless the contract states otherwise.

The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure — natural disasters, power or internet outages, decisions of state authorities, or major failures at providers or external services.

08

Confidentiality and data

How User data is processed is set out in a separate document, the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

Trade secrets and technical information exchanged during an engagement are treated as confidential; where needed, a separate NDA is signed.

09

Third-party material and links

The site may link to other resources. The Company is not responsible for the content, services or policies of those sites.

References to external sources in the portfolio and blog sections are informational only and are not endorsements.

10

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any relationship arising from them, are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any dispute is first addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

11

Changes to these terms

The Company may update these terms unilaterally. A new version is published on this page and takes effect from the date of publication.

We recommend checking the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
