Top 5 Hotel Management Systems Used in Uzbekistan (2026 Analysis)

Millions of tourists visit Uzbekistan every year, and new hotels and hostels open one after another. Yet many of them still run bookings in a notebook or Excel: double-sold rooms, manual E-mehmon entry, cash-desk confusion. In this article we compare 5 management systems actually used on the local market — by features, pricing and fit for Uzbekistan's conditions. Full disclosure: the first system on the list is our own product, and we back up its ranking with facts.

Top 5 Hotel PMS used by hotels in Uzbekistan — 2026 market analysis

Why notebooks and Excel no longer work

As tourist flows grew, hotel operations became more complex: reservations now arrive not by phone but from Booking.com, Expedia and direct websites. In a property run 'by notebook', selling one room through two channels is routine. Add mandatory E-mehmon guest registration, a multi-currency cash desk and tax reporting — and manual management turns into real costs and fines.

Our evaluation criteria

We judged every system by a simple question: which one delivers the most practical value at the lowest cost for a typical hotel in Uzbekistan (10–60 rooms)? We used six criteria:

Hotel PMS selection criteria: E-mehmon, local payments, channel manager, KPIs, price, support
Six criteria: E-mehmon, local payments and currency, channel manager, financial KPIs, pricing model and support language.

#1. uMehmon — the only full PMS built for the local market

uMehmon (a product by Innosoft Systems) is the only system on this list that fully covers the daily life of an Uzbek hotel: automatic E-mehmon registration (with passport lookup from the government database), a soum and foreign-currency cash desk with Central Bank rates, a Booking.com/Expedia channel manager, a hostel mode, and 24 financial KPIs based on the USALI standard. The interface is in Uzbek and Russian, and support comes from a local team.

  • Strengths

E-mehmon automation — effectively unique on the market; pricing in soums (from 290,000 UZS/month); 14-day free trial with no card; learned in a day.

  • Limitations

A young product: extra channels like Agoda and Airbnb are still in the 'coming soon' stage; no corporate certifications that international chains require.

  • Best for

Guest houses, hostels, independent hotels of 10–300 rooms and local chains — i.e. 90%+ of Uzbekistan's market.

#2. Oracle Opera Cloud — the standard of international chains

Tashkent's international brands — Hyatt, Hilton, Radisson — run Opera as their corporate standard. It is one of the deepest PMS platforms in the world: multi-property management, event management, a huge integration ecosystem. But pricing is measured in thousands of dollars, implementation takes months, there is no ready E-mehmon integration, and support depends on English. For an independent mid-size hotel it is overkill.

#3. Bnovo — a cloud PMS popular across the CIS

One of the leading cloud PMS products in Russia, also used by some properties in Uzbekistan. It offers a convenient room grid, a broad channel manager and a hostel mode. The interface is Russian-only, billing is tied to foreign currency, and — most importantly — there is no out-of-the-box integration with E-mehmon or local cash-desk requirements: guest registration still has to be done by hand.

#4. Exely (formerly TravelLine) — a strong booking-engine player

Exely is known first of all for direct online sales tools: a powerful website booking engine, dynamic pricing and OTA synchronization. It is widespread across CIS hotels. Its PMS module plays a supporting role — and for Uzbekistan the same gaps remain: no E-mehmon, while the soum cash desk and local reporting are handled manually.

#5. Shelter (UCS) — the traditional on-premise option

A classic PMS from the R-Keeper ecosystem, often found in restaurant-plus-hotel combinations. Traditional server architecture, a license model and implementation through integrators. Stable, but it evolves more slowly than cloud competitors, and mobile work or a modern channel manager require extra modules.

The key difference is localization: only uMehmon combines E-mehmon, a soum cash desk and Uzbek-language support.

Verdict: which one should you choose?

  • You are an international chain brand

The choice has already been made for you — you run the corporate standard (usually Opera).

  • Your main revenue is direct online sales

Exely's booking engine is worth considering as a standalone tool.

  • You are an independent hotel, hostel or guest house in Uzbekistan

uMehmon is the only system that delivers E-mehmon, the cash desk, OTA channels and finance in a single soum-priced subscription. The 14-day free trial makes the choice risk-free.
